This policy explains how Prefer Logistics Private Limited handles personal data when you use our website, customer portal and logistics services. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Invoices, shipment records and KYC/export documents are kept for the period required under GST, customs and other laws (generally at least six years), then deleted or anonymised.
